Grrrrr! something is not working with the submissions menu. it refused to accept the category fan art - tv&movies so I posted in next best so that I could post at all.
Yes it's Robbie. I'm suspicious of projects that go easily and smoothly to completion so what am I not seeing wrong here? haha.
I might wish that I had made the sketch that little bit bigger but... meh
Ooops, I nearly forgot lest anybody on DA has spent their lives under a flat rock Robbie is from Forbidden Planet which was an MGM film. Both Robbie and the Lost in Space robot were designed and built by Robert Kinoshita.
FP also features a completely computerised score from back in the day when it took a fortnight to write one line of machine code (Maybe I exaggerate slightly but if anyone is old enough to remember preparing punch cards they will know I'm only stretching the truth slightly lol)
I have documented each step ready to make a tutorial. Can I use Word or Publisher to do that?
Acrylic on stretched canvas
90x60x3 AUS$300 plus shipping
UPDATE 2010 I uploaded a new high res picture.
